JOINT PATROLS WITH THE FIRE SERVICE

#RuralCrimeWeek | This afternoon, our Rural Crime team teamed up with @StaffsFire for joint patrols across known hotspots for wildfires, anti-social behaviour, and fly tipping.

By combining local policing with fire safety expertise, we’re not only keeping an eye out for risks — we’re actively preventing them. These patrols help us spot early signs of trouble, engage with the public, and respond faster when issues arise.

Whether it’s discarded waste, signs of fire-setting, or nuisance behaviour, this kind of joint working means we’re covering more ground, sharing knowledge, and keeping our rural spaces safer for everyone.
