Rural Crime - Theft of Quad Bikes and Trailers

At a recent multi agency meeting of the Rural Action Group it was reported that there is currently a spate of thefts of Quad Bikes and Trailers occurring across the County (and bordering Counties).

Please remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity to the Police noting vehicle details and persons descriptions with photo images if safe to do so.

It is apparent that offenders are searching for likely targets day time and night time with one incident occurring in daytime,  where a farmer challenged persons who were found on the property looking at equipment.  A trailer was stolen from this farm a few days later, indicating the offenders are not deterred by being seen.
