While Northwood hills safer neighbourhoods officers have been conducting School and Anti-social behaviour patrols around JOEL STREET and the surrounding roads, officers have come across a male that has been standing in an area where residence have reported that people are loitering, causing ASB and taking drugs. As officers have approached the male he has been detained for a section 23 misuse of drugs act search. While the search has been conducted officers have found cannabis on him. After the search had been conducted male has been processed for having possession of cannabis.
