Hello everyone This is a little overdue so apologies for that. I have been sending messages out to the community regards the Prosper Partnership which is an operation taking place in your area. In August there was some really good work taking place such as Arrest of a male called Max Bancroft who had been targeting Morrisons on a regular basis. He was charged and convicted for 3 x Burglary and 5 x Theft from shop. He will now be spending 52 weeks in Prison. Good arrest of a person drug driving on Manchester Road Nelson. This person has been Released under investigation pending the bloods coming backRoad Safety operation at Clitheroe Road Brierfield - This was what you had asked for and this was a good operation with some great results such as a number of Traffic offence reports for drivers/passengers not wearing seatbelts etcJoint operation with Trading standards and Immigration targeting car washes, barber shops and Vape shops- This led to 3 arrests and some significant seizures within the shops. Further work will be carried out in relation to this. Modern slavery operation - We attended addresses where we had received information of potential brothels taking place. These were All in order. Overall, it was a good month. Please keep providing the information to us, whether it be Drug activityRoad safety issues Vehicles seen on Dash cam committing traffic offences - Op Snap is where you report this.
