Identities required

In one of my most recent posts I mentioned that an electric pedal cycle had been stolen from outside of All Saints Church Lydd on 31/08/2025.

I am appealing to anyone who has any information at all about the identities of the two persons on the moped in the image below no matter how insignificant you think your information is.
