CPN issued to individual causing anti-social behaviour

Dear Resident,

We are aware of concerns about an individual who has been causing anti-social behaviour in March town centre recently.

Yesterday, we assisted Fenland District Council in issuing a Community Protection Notice (CPN) to the individual which details the action he must take to stop the behaviours.

It is a criminal offence to breach a CPN, and if he is found to be ignoring the notice, he could face criminal prosecution.

Working with partner agencies is just one of the ways we are tackling your concerns, and we will continue to use tactics such as this to address ASB.
