Parking outside schools

Hello Ingthorpe,

A message for all parents/carers dropping children off at schools in Ingthorpe. 

I know this is a delicate subject but all we want to do is create a safe environment for children and adults when they drop off and pick up children outside school.

I understand that there are few places to park near school but if you follow this guide it will prevent you from receiving a ticket from parking services:

Double Yellow Lines - no parking at any time

Single Yellow Line - no parking at prescribed times (there will be a sign) similar to the one attached.

Irresponsible parking can be dangerous, especially when children are rushing in and out of school - the possible consequences are not worth saving the extra 2-3 minutes (and think of those bonus steps you could be counting !!)
