Neighbourhood Officers are holding a POP up event  outside Tesco Retail Store, on Whalley New Road, Blackburn, at 11am -1pm, on Wednesday 12/11/2025.

At this event, we will be available to pass on crime prevention information and helpful tips to keep you safe from criminal activity which may be especially useful at this time of year. We look forward to seeing you there
