A man has been charged with drug and driving offences after officers stopped a car in Stafford.
Elliot Taylor, 19, from Stafford, has been charged with two counts of driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence, two counts of using a vehicle on a road without third party insurance and possession of a controlled drug of class A (cocaine).
It comes after we received a report of suspicious behaviour at a building in Eccleshall on Monday 1 September.
The following day, when officers stopped and searched the driver of a car in Stafford, they found cocaine.
Taylor has been bailed to appear at Cannock Magistrates’ Court on Friday 17 October. |
