ATM distraction theft at Tesco 21-35 Stratford Road Shirley. |

An ATM theft has been reported in your neighbourhood. If you saw or heard anything or have any information about the below incident please call our non-emergency number 101, quoting the reference number provided. Reference: 20/367959/25 Two males have distracted an elderly lady while she was at the cash point withdrawing money. One of the males has taken her card from the machine while ‘waving a piece of paper across it’. They are described as; Both Asian or eastern European in appearance 5’ 7’ both slim build. Male 1; Black cap, full beard green hooded jacket, blue tracksuit trousers white stripe down the leg, black trainers. Male 2. Black cap wearing a surgical mask, black jacket light blue jeans ‘ripped design’ on the front. Both males were using the phones during the theft. Appeared to be confident throughout the distraction.
