Dear residents of LYNDON,
Here are the crime updates for LYNDON between 29th AUGUST-06th SEPTEMBER 2025.
VEHICLE CRIME
Richmond Road, two suspects have smashed a window to a Peugeot 208 and also stripped the vehicle’s front bumper and placed it in their own car, before leaving the area.
The front and rear number plates were stolen from a Toyota Aygo on Hobs Moat Road.
On Coverdale Road a laptop was stolen from an Audi, SQ5.
Unknown suspects have stolen work tools from a Ford Transit Van by drilling into the side of the van, on Lyndon Road.
On Richmond Road, a Toyota, C-HR was stolen by unknown means.
A Seat Leon was stolen from Dene Court Road. The owner is still in possession of the keys.
On Coniston Road, two unknown suspects stole a BMW 420D using a relay device.
A relay device was used to steal a BMW 4 series from Barn Lane.
I/We have been speaking to residents where these offences have occurred and checked CCTV at the locations and we have targeted patrols in the area at key times.
