Speed Enforcement - Hough Fold Way

Good Evening, 

This evening I have been conducting speed enforcement along Hough Fold Way which is a 20 mph zone. I have stopped 14 vehicles over the period of time I have been present, educating drivers that the limit along the road is 20mph. All drivers stopped were travelling between 25mph-31mph. One White Ford Transit van failed to stop when I have requested it to do so and I have found this van abandoned on Morrisons Car Park shortly after, I have seized this vehicle and enquiries are ongoing to locate the driver.
