Do you know where your children are???

Dear local residents,

I am writing to make you aware of children in the local area of Catterall and Garstang causing ASB.

Last night into the early hours of this morning, we have received several reports of youths playing knock a door run, banging on peoples windows and also kicking at residents doors causing damage.

This is simply not acceptable.

These children are out until the early hours of the morning causing issues.

I would implore you to ask your children where they are going and what they intend to do whilst out. Please discuss with them the impact of ASB and the consequences they may face if found to have committed an offence.

Footage of the youths has been obtained, and the relevant action will be taken. 

There are vulnerable people living in our community and the impact of these youths committing ASB is causing distress and anxiety.
