Dear All,

Just a quick visual reference to the arrest made on Carlisle Place earlier this week. The suspect was found to be in possession of 190 wraps of class A drugs concealed about his person and ready for sale on our streets. The attached image shows you what this looks like. The suspect has been charged accordingly and also for his possession of a knife.

Your Vincent Square ward team and our close colleagues from Pimlico North continue to work to disrupt and deter those bringing drugs into our communities. Your reporting and intelligence is an invaluable part of this campaign.

In the last 7 weeks we have made 6 significant arrests, seizing 625 wraps of crack cocaine and heroin with a street value in excess of £6000 and around 4 ounces of spice valued at £720. Our most recent arrest also uncovered a 10 inch rambo knife and approximately £2000 in cash from the proceeds of crime.

There is no room for complacency.  We are identifying new dealers on a regular basis and our work to make our ward a more hostile environment for both dealers and users continues.
