Crime Update for August

Good afternoon all, I hope this  message finds you well.

I just wanted to provide you with a short summary of the crime stats for Northumberland Park Ward for August;

We have seen a reduction in Burglaries from July (13 offences in total) to August (8 offences in total).

We have seen a rise in Robbery from July (4) to August (6).

Theft offences have dropped from July (35) to August (28).

Violent offences have reduced from July (64) to August (52), which is a significant reduction from when it peaked in June (85).

Motor Vehicle crime (theft from a vehicle) has reduced from July (16) to August (12).

Your team continue to work hard to try and resolve some of the local issues, but if you have any concerns I encourage you to pop down to one of the advertised engagement events and speak with our officers in person.
