Crime Update for August

Good afternoon all, I hope this  message finds you well.

I just wanted to provide you with a short summary of the crime stats for Bruce Castle Ward for August;

We have seen a reduction in Burglaries from July (9 in total) to August (2 in total).

We have seen a reduction in Robbery from July (7) to August (6).

Theft offences have risen from July (14) to August (18).

Violent offences have reduced from July (43) to August (38).

Motor Vehicle crime (theft from a vehicle) has remained the same in July and August (11 each). 

Your team continue to work hard to try and resolve some of the local issues, but if you have any concerns I encourage you to pop down to one of the advertised engagement events and speak with our officers in person.
