The ASB (Anti Social Behaviour) team has been successful in applying for a criminal behaviour order for Davinder JOHAL, a prolific shoplifter and Hounslow town centre ASB offender . The order was granted at Ealing Magistrates court on the 05/09/2025 and is in place for a period of 10 years. PC Davies from the ASB team said “This is a very strong order and I will continue to target the most prolific offenders causing harassment, alarm and distress to the residents of Hounslow. If you have any concerns regarding ASB please get in touch with your local ward team and I will support them in tackling this priority” For a period of 10 Years Davinder JOHAL must not: 1. Not to enter Map A, Map B or Map C Unless passing through on
public transport without alighting, or attending pre-booked probation/medical appointments confirmed in writing.
2. Not to have in your possession a balaclava or face covering when
entering any retail or commercial premises in England and Wales.
3. Not to wear a hood UP, hat, or cover or attempt to cover your face
when in any retail or commercial premises in England and Wales.
4. Enter any retail or commercial premises in England and Wales from
which he has been formally banned in writing.
5. Not to remain in any retail or commercial premises in England and
Wales having been asked to leave by a member staff.
6. Not to be in possession of any bag or carry-all containing retail goods values over £10 that
are in their original packaging, in any public place in England and Wales without proof of purchase.
7. Not to be in possession of more than one personal mobile phone in
any public place in England and Wales.
8. Not to be in possession of any drug paraphernalia in any public place in England and Wales
including but not limited to crack pipes, cannabis grinders, tin foil, spoons, and any item that has
been adapted or used for the consumption of class A drugs.
