Male arrested for drug offences following stop search.

Little update from your Local Neighbourhood Policing Team. 

Yesterday evening your local CBMs stopped a male on Station Road, Farington, Leyland, the male was detained for a search under Section 23 Misuse of drugs act. Male found in possession of drugs, burner style mobile phone and cash. 

The male was arrested and the investigation is on-going.

We remain committed to tackling drug related crime and keeping our community safe. Our recent survey have concluded that drug related activity is a priority problem for people of South Ribble and we endeavour to action your concerns.
