Greater Manchester Police is urging residents in apartment blocks to stay vigilant against tailgating – when someone follows you into a secure building without permission.
🔒 Why it matters: Tailgating can allow unauthorised individuals to access communal areas, putting everyone’s safety at risk. 👀 What you can do: Don’t hold doors open for strangers. Challenge unknown individuals politely or report suspicious behaviour. Make sure doors close securely behind you. Report concerns to your building management or call 101.
