Here is your check in of what your local neighbourhood team has been up to recently!
✅ Good News from Your Local Policing Team ✅
Summary: Since the bank holiday, your local team has been working hard in and amongst the community dealing with local issues. More specifically, those that require longer-term resolutions. We have been working with the local council to target problem areas, resulting in numerous joint visits being conducted with both police officers and PCSOs. As a result of this, we were able to begin specific house moves for the tenants, and resolve the issue for the time being until they are relocated.
Why It Matters: This matters as this is the large area we focus on as a neighbourhood policing team. We work to target longer term issues, and resolve these problems with the help and aid of partnering agencies who, have civil powers to use that we as police do not. Combining these two allow us to deliver the best service we can to you, members of our community.
