Stolen Moped - East Area Proactive Team

On Sunday, August 31 officers from East Area Proactive Team pursued a stolen moped that was driving erratically in Collier Row. Officers pursued the moped to Hainault Forest where the rider decamped and hid in some bushes. He was quickly found, arrested and later charged with aggravated vehicle taking, driving without insurance, driving not in accordance with a license and driving without due care & attention.
