Appeal after £8,000-worth of power tools stolen

We are appealing for witnesses after power tools worth an estimated £8,000 were stolen from a business in Newport.

At 11.30am on Friday 18 July, we received a report of break-in on Stafford Road.

The incident happened between 10pm on Thursday 17 July and 7am the next day.

Offenders forced entry to a building and workshop, taking two petrol strimmers, a petrol branch cutter and four chainsaws.
