Vehicle fell below standards

This vehicle caught the attention of Ashford CSU for having no front registration plate in Kennington.

It was found inside the car and out of view. 

With this issue and another, the driver was issued a fine and warned if he continues then further action would be taken.

As per the windscreen….a Financial Mistake.
