Scam Awareness

Good Afternoon.

I have today been made aware of a telephone scam which currently being reported in Hornsea.

The scammer calls you and when you answer they say that they are an engineering company who have been looking at records and that your property does not have adequate insulation, they say if you do not get their insulation your house will suffer from black mould, the caller tries to use pressure to get you to agree to the work.

If you receive a call like this please do not agree to any work without checking up on the company cold calling you.
