We would like to update you on an arrest we have made. 

Ellis Vanes is a known shoplifter in the Blackpool Town Centre area and from these offences is subject to a Criminal Behaviour Order.

We are pleased to tell you that officers arrested Vanes last night on a Recall to Prison.
