Cycle Patrols

PCSO 7150EA conducted cycle patrols today in and around Heathfield Park Drive area, of Chadwell ward,  whilst cycling along Hampstead Gardens a Person was seen to be smoking cannabis -  person was stopped and dealt with for this offence by Police Officer on further searching of this person they were found in possession of an offensive weapon - Person arrested and taken to custody,
