Critical Incident Update

At 22:20hrs on Wednesday, 27 August, police received reports of a stabbing inside of a residential address in Tyler Street Greenwich SE10.

Officers attended alongside the London Ambulance Service and London's Air Ambulance. A woman in her 20’s was found with stab wounds. Despite their best efforts she sadly died at the scene.

A 33 year old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder.  He was taken to hospital for treatment to stab wounds where he remains in a critical condition.

The individuals are thought to have been known to one another.
