As we welcome students back after the summer holidays, we’d like to remind everyone to take extra care around school zones. The safety of our children is a shared responsibility, and small actions make a big difference.

Here’s how you can help:

Slow down near schools – children can be unpredictable, especially during drop-off and pick-up times.

Park responsibly – avoid blocking driveways, double parking, or stopping on yellow zigzag lines. These areas are kept clear for a reason.

Use designated parking areas or consider walking part of the way to reduce congestion.

Stay alert – watch for crossing patrols, cyclists, and pedestrians at all times.

Set a good example – children learn from what they see. Safe driving and respectful parking teach lifelong habits.
