Theft from a vehicle

An incident of a vehicle crime has been reported 

on 29/08/2025 04:00 and 29/08/2025 04:45.

"BETWEEN STATED TIMES UNKNOWN MALE APPROACHES THE VEHICLE  AND TRIES THE CAR DOOR, ON CCTV.”

The incident took place in Northumberland Road  and Sussex Road Kettering

There are some simple but effective things you can do to help protect your vehicle:

  • Park your car in a garage or driveway if possible, or on a busy, well-lit road.  Choose a ParkMark® accredited public car park wherever possible
  • Never leave anything on display in your car. The cost to repair damage to the vehicle will usually exceed the value of the theft
  • Drivers of some Toyota and Honda vehicles and some 4 x 4’s should install measures to deter theft of catalytic converts e.g  Catloc | Catalytic Convertor Theft Protection
