Further Operation Roar Update: Tackling Phone Snatching

Good morning Residents,

On Thursday evening within Battersea Park we received a call to two suspicious males on a Surron style e-bike.  Officers attended and stopped two individuals, located nearby was a small rucksack containing a ‘zombie’ style knife and a quantity of drugs.  Both individuals were arrested and taken into Police custody, one was further arrested for conspiracy to commit Robbery, conspiracy to commit Theft and conspiracy to commit Fraud by false representation.  The investigation continues and they have been bailed back to a police station at a later date.
