Bike marking at Towneley Park : Sun 05 Oct 11:00

Good morning,

On Sunday 5th October, Burnley Neighbourhood Policing Team will be attending the Burnley Nature Festival at Towneley Park.

We will be providing free bike marking.

To mark your bike, we will need access to the frame number, so please ensure it is visible, or you have the key to access the battery if it is an e-bike.

A tamper proof sticker will be placed on the frame of the bike. It contains a QR code, which can be scanned by any smart phone, and indicates whether it is stolen or not. This allows victims to be reunited with their stolen bikes.
