I have to send my apologies for next Thursday. Among a range of jobs I get as the Inspector for this area I also have the role of airport Commander for London Biggin Hill. I have been called to an aviation policing meeting next Thursday. I thought I would be back in time but its in Manchester and its looking quite unlikely I will succeed in getting back in time. 

For info I am running the policing operation for TLK tonight and most likely going forwards it will be myself every Friday until they cease. If there are any observations or concerns please let me know. Quite possibly this will have a limited impact locally but there is a TMO in place closing the road from Star Lane along the High Street to the hotels. 

I shall endeavour to call you. We did discuss meeting. I would suggest the police station if that suits yourselves. Let me know if this is suitable for you and I shall do my best to work to your date and time.
