I wanted to provide you with an update regarding Vehicle Crime - theft from / theft of, which people around your area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the priority survey.

We are appealing for information after a taxi was stolen during a robbery in Farnborough.

It was reported that the incident took place at the taxi rank in Union Road, near Farnborough Main railway station, at around 9.55pm on Thursday 28 August.

A man approached the taxi and assaulted the driver before dragging him out of the vehicle.

The man then drove the taxi towards Farnborough Road.

The vehicle is described as a white Peugeot E7, with a registration number beginning SF15.

We are keen to hear from anyone with information about this incident, particularly if they have seen the vehicle.

Perhaps you were in the area at the time, and have dashcam footage that may help our enquiries?
