ATTEMPTED BURGLARY - MATTHEWS DRIVE, HEDNESFORD

Good morning,

At approximately 21:40 on Thursday 28th August, we received a report from a resident on Matthews Drive, Hednesford, regarding a concerning incident at their property. An individual was seen attempting to reach through the letterbox in an effort to unlock the front door. Fortunately, they were unsuccessful and no entry was gained.

Officers arrived within minutes and conducted a thorough area search, but unfortunately, no suspects were located at the time.

We are now appealing to the public for any information that may assist with our enquiries. If you have CCTV, doorbell footage, or dashcam recordings from the area around the time of the incident, please get in touch.
