Sharing awareness of Police action taken in relation to Shop Theft

On 27/08/25 Danny Hawkins of No Fixed Abode, Barnstaple, was arrested and then charged with 7 Offences of Shop Theft. The items reported stolen include charity collection boxes. Hawkins was refused bail and detained to appear at Exeter Law Courts on 28/08/2025. He appeared and court and was released on unconditional bail until his next hearing on 12/09/25 at Barnstaple Magistrates Court.
