FEMALE ARRESTED FOR DRINK DRIVING & TRAFFIC OFFENCES

On 27/08/2025 at around 02:40 officers stopped a white Audi TT on Thomas Street, Glascote due to manner of driving.

A roadside breath test was conducted and the driver blew nearly three times the legal limit.

The 39 year old female driver, from Tamworth, was arrested for drink driving.

Further checks revealed the female was driving without a licence and no insurance.

The vehicle was seized and she was further dealt with for document offences.
