Rushey Green Ward Panel : Wed 27 Aug 19:00

DearResident, 

We are sorry to inform you that the ward panel meeting tonight has been cancelled, as we had only one confirmed attendee. We appreciate the last minute location change would have had an affect on the number of attendees. We have also noted and heard your feedback regarding timing and parking around Lewisham Police Station. Please use the attending and non attending options in the email in future if you have not on this occasion. 

Hopefully the next ward panel will be at a location central to our ward and the time and location will be sent out via MET ENGAGE and posted on the Metropolitan Police Rushey Green Ward website. We will also not be solely having them at 7pm. With respect to persons on the ward having limited mobility, we would look to set up a teams meeting and email out the video link to persons who request them. 

We will also be having another drop in session at the Lewisham Irish Community centre on Davenport Road on the 25th of September between 11:00-12:30 (we will try to be there for full hour and half however we may have to respond to emergency calls if needed), this is an event run by the Lewisham Irish Centre not ourselves.

We will look to to have a time and location for the next ward panel confirmed within the next two weeks.
