Lets talk ASB.

Anti-social behaviour is described as "behaviour by a person which causes, or is likely to cause, harassment, alarm or distress."

This can come in many forms, such as shouting, swearing, groups acting in a rowdy manner, intimidation, vandalism, littering or even loud noise coming from a person or their vehicle.

Neighbourhood Police Officers and PCSO's have the power to disperse individuals who are causing anti-social behaviour in a specific area, issue ASB1 and ASB2 warning and enforcing Plymouth City Council's Public Spaces Protection Order, this means that officers can also require any person to surrender any containers of alcohol if they are acting in an anti-social manner.
