I'm a Neighbourhood Alert Membership Support Administrator (MSA) for the BCP area and Treasurer of the Association of Dorset Watches 

We've been advised by Neighbourhood Alert that you've set up a new scheme, Middle Road Oakdale Poole 

To get your scheme approved we need to meet up, ideally with some other members of your scheme, following which I will advise Amanda Anderson, Dorset Police staff member (copied in) responsible for all Neighbourhood Watches in Dorset, and your scheme will be approved

If you're now ready to go ahead and get your scheme approved, please give some dates / times when it would be suitable for you to meet up. I can do Monday, Tuesday Wednesday and Friday afternoons or any time Thursdays 

I can adjust the map for you if you tell me which roads are included. Should it be only Middle Road?
