Vehicle recovered

🚔🚔 Neighbourhood Policing Team 2 - Inspector Pickavance 🚔🚔 North

Yesterday Team 2 neighbourhood officers were on patrol when members of the public had complained regarding a male in a balaclava on a surron riding dangerously.  Officers stopped the surron and seized the bike under a section 165.
