Today, PC Woods and PCSO Saville formally introduced themselves to Paul Grier, club bailiff with Tadcaster Angling Trust and Fisheries. 

Within hours of their meet, they were on patrol a long the River Wharfe. 

Police forces up and down the country work with the Angling Trust bailiffs to combat illegal fishing, poaching and environmental crime.

Paul’s work enforces the ‘eyes and ears’ within our community to report suspicious activity and to appropriately enforce fishery offences and other rural crime.
