Kent Police is continuing its crackdown on the antisocial use of catapults across the county, including here in Marden. These devices are increasingly being used to harm wildlife, damage property, and intimidate residents.

 

๐Ÿ‘ฎโ€โ™€๏ธ Police Response:

 - Officers are conducting regular patrols in hotspot areas to deter and respond to catapult-related behaviour.
 - Stop and search powers are being used where appropriate, and seized items are being destroyed.
 - Schools across Kent have received letters to raise awareness among parents and pupils about the risks and consequences of catapult misuse.

 - If you witness catapult use or antisocial behaviour, please report it via www.kent.police.uk/report or call 999 in an emergency.
 - Parents: please speak with your children about the dangers and legal implications of carrying or using catapults in public.
