Appeal following altercation and assault in Poole |

Officers investigating reports of an altercation and assault in Poole are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
At around 11am on Wednesday 20 August 2025 it is reported that an altercation took place between two dog walkers at Branksome Dene Chine car park, in Pinewood Road. During the incident it is alleged one of the men sustained a puncture wound caused by a human bite and the other sustained an injury to his chin.
The first man is described as having short white hair and was wearing an orange top and shorts. He was with a woman who was wearing a blue top and white trousers. The second man was described as wearing dark-coloured trousers and a black and green coloured top.
Police Constable Leah Sarwar, of Dorset Police, said: “As part of my investigation into this incident, I am keen to speak to anyone who saw what happened so I can establish the full circumstances.”
