Possible Coordinator meeting to 'network', exchange ideas, meet Police

Following on from my last message where I had been asked if it is possible to arrange a coordinators meeting to exchange ideas and meet police etc.  I have asked Rushmoor Council if we can have the use of one of the meeting rooms for an evening and they said yes.

I sent the message to 191 coordinators, 190 received it (as one e-mail was out of date).  My system said that 82 had read the message but I have only had 10 people say they are interested in joining the discussion.

In order to hold it I should like a reasonable number of people (say at least 25), including all sorts of coordinators from across the area.

Let me know if interested, the 10 do not need reply again.
