No Insurance and Immigration

On Friday 23rd August officer spotted a car with a differing keeper who was shown on the insurance.  Transpires the driver was not insured to drive this vehicle.  He was reported for the offence and his car was seized.  

To make matters worst for him he was an overstayer and arrested for an Immigration offence.
