Attempted Burglary

I wanted to provide you with an update regarding House burglary, which people around your area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the priority survey.

At approximately 0600 hours on 22/8/25 several unidentified males have attended a property on Flamborough Road, Bridlington and tried to gain entry via the front door but were unsuccessful. Our police reference number 25000118536 refers any information or CCTV footage please contact the Police on 101 quoting the reference number.
Although this may not be in your immediate area - please be advised to be vigilant and keep your home secure. Check windows and doors before leaving your house and at night before going to bed.

Burglary is a particularly invasive crime that can have a lasting impact on victims. If you have been a victim and need support and help, you should have been offered the services of Victim Support. Burglars do not want to get caught, so taking action to make your home or business premises safe and less attractive to thieves can go a long way to reducing the risk.
