Local Priorities Anti Social Behaviour Message

Please review the following update regarding Anti Social Behaviour which some members around this area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the Met Engage priority survey.

 

Today your local Safer Neighbourhoods Team Officers for East Acton were out conducting cycle patrols in Acton Park and Trinity Park, whilst targeting hotspot locations that are known for anti-social behaviour. In these said locations, two males who are known to police were Stopped & Searched as they were acting suspiciously when they saw officers approaching. Unfortunately, both searches were negative and no drugs were found. Later on, Officers continued their patrols tackling anti-social behaviour in residential areas, as there have been reports of drivers speeding in the area.

We will continue to patrol and ensure everyone feels safe on the ward.

Antisocial behaviour can come in many forms and can require support from more organisations than just the police. There are 13 different types of antisocial behaviour that we may be able to help with, including abandoned vehicles, littering or drugs paraphernalia and street drinking.
