HELP PROTECT OUR LANDSCAPE FROM WILDFIRE THIS SUMMER

#Wildfire | With the warm weather sticking around, Staffordshire Fire and Rescue are urging everyone to stay safe and help keep our communities safe. 

🔥 Don’t have BBQs or open fires in the countryside

🗑️ Always take your rubbish home or in a bin – don’t leave items like bottles lying on the ground

🚬 Ensure cigarettes are put out and disposed of correctly

🧒 Keep matches and lighters out of reach of children 

⭐If someone gets into trouble in the water, encourage them to float like a starfish

If you need us in an emergency, call 999 – but remember, more often than not, fires can be prevented.
