Here’s just a very quick roundup of what I’ve been doing for the past few days on the Rural South beat.

Assisted response officers at a 2 vehicle RTC

Responded to reports of 2 suspicious males knocking on residents’ doors. Having found and spoken to them, they turned out to be totally legitimate and were no threat.

Dealt with incidents of ASB in Asfordby.

Following local residents’ concerns of drugs use in Kirby Bellars, I have spent quite a bit of time in the area, as a deterrent to such activity and a reassurance to residents.

Conducted extensive high visibility patrols across the beat’s roads, focusing on the beat priority of road safety.

This afternoon I've spent an hour listening to local residents at a beat surgery held at the village hall in Old Dalby. Thank you to everyone who came along.
