Community connection in action

Valentines SNT recently held a fantastic community event at the Gujarati Centre, where we had the opportunity to engage with local residents on important topics such as:

***Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG)
***Crime prevention advice
***An introduction to the Met Engage channel

A heartfelt thank you to Councillor Kumud Joshi for connecting us with this group and helping us reach members of the community who are often underrepresented in conversations around safety and policing.

It was encouraging to see both women and men come together, ask questions, and take part in meaningful discussions. Together, we’re building trust, awareness, and safer neighbourhoods.
